We need to issue SHA1 certificates to continue serving installers to windows XP SP2 users. Those certificates will come from a root called "Verisign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority". Could you please check on a Windows XP SP2 (not SP3) systems that this root is trusted? This can be done as follows: 1. Click "Start > All Programs > Administrative Tools > MyCertificatesConsole.msc". "MyCertificatesConsole" window shows up. 2. Open "Certificates > Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Certificates" in the Console Root tree. A list of all certificates in "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" store shows up. 3. Click "Export List" from the "Action" menu. The "Export List" dialog box shows up. Save the list as a text file and attach to this bug. Thanks!
I gained access to a win XP SP2 VM, so closing this bug.
