Extension Enigmail 1.9.9 installed. Do : Menu -> Enigmail -> Manage keys -> (Menu) File -> Import keys from file Actual results: No popup for importing keyx opens No message at all Expected results: A message announcing that GnuPG is missing, that's why nothing append... proposing to install GnuPG (link in the wizard menu of enigmail).
