Click the "Add" button from the Top Sites section. 3. Observe the Add Top Site menu. [Expected results]: - The title field is focused. [Actual results]: - No field is focused. [Notes]: - This issue is also reproducible on older versions, but the Add button was hidden behind an Edit button.
