Details

Bug 1416996 enabled builders to start building seamonkey with
the stylo option.

However, right off the bat, we've encountered an issue of it not
finding llvm/clang.    

Since this won't be fixed in a day and will probably have a few other
bugs associated, going to file this tracking bug and have all stylo
bugs block this.

Of course, stylo will most likely break a lot of stuff...
