When clicking on the referenced link (in the section "Option 5: I found some wrong information but I don't know how to fix it"), I am redirected to the URL "https://docs.google.com/viewer?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbugzilla.mozilla.org%2Fform.doc" and a dump of the HTML content.
This happens on Google Chrome Version 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (64-bit), but works as expected in Firefox.
As a work-around, I was able to copy the link address and past it into chrome.

I'm unable to reproduce this, actually. The URL is correct. Can you please double-check? Do you have any extensions that might be tweaking the link?
