I hadn't noticed this in until recently, so possibly a regression?

STR:

1. open a bug on Bugzilla
2. click [follow] button
3. restart browser with session set to always restore

Expected: Bug shows followed

Actual: Bug still shows as unfollowed

Note: Reload page and shows as followed

You can do the same thing but with starring a Github repo.
I'm entirely unsure whether this a regression, so a bit more information would be great.

The last needinfo from me was triggered in error by recent activity on the bug. I'm clearing the needinfo since this is a very old bug and I don't know if it's still relevant.
