Over in bug 1439766, we're going to remove the editMenuOverlay loaded by styleeditor.xul and replace it by including a file with the preprocessor. The include file will be used by many xul documents and it makes it cleaner if styleeditor.xul uses xul as the default namespace like the vast majority of xul documents.
