When no windows are open (i.e. hiddenwindow.xul rules the menu bar), trying to
create a new browser window with the menu items causes the window to show up
briefly, then disappear with a console message

nsBrowserAppCore::UpdateGoMenu Couldn't find Go Menu. returning
I think this is a webshell/necko issue. It broke on Saturday ( or maybe friday).
What is happening is that the docloader is getting destroyed and when it is the
webshell window deletes itself.

Fix checked in. Use JS to open a window caused the window to be sized to 0,0.
