User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Build ID: 20180223001838
Steps to reproduce:
Created a JSFiddle to reproduce and tried a fresh profile. Currently on Mac OS Sierra 10.13.3 with running an up to date Firefox nightly. Cannot reproduce on Windows 10 machine. I can see all options on the iMac 5k display but moving the browser to my second monitor (BenQ GW2760HS 27 inch 1920x1080) and reloading the jsfiddle results in the issue appearing.
Actual results:
Clicking on the select box only shows options 1-10 when all 15 options should be viewable. Please see the JSFiddle at https://jsfiddle.net/tgpepz8x/
Expected results:
Should be able to see all available options in the select dropdown. This is the same issue as Bug 1391627 but that is currently flagged as wontfix. The issue is not present in an up to date Firefox 58 and only occurs on Nightly.

This is a dupe of bug 1391627.
Bug 1391627 is marked as wontfix for Firefox release 57, not marked as generally won't fix.
If this issue is not reproducible on the latest release, but reproducible on Nightly, could you please try to find a regression range using Mozregression tool and post it in the other bug? Information on the tool is available at http://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/.
