1440829 - Bugzilla comment for Phabricator commit should include entire commit message, not just first line

When you submit a review request for a changeset, the associated bug gets a comment with the changeset's commit message.

With MozReview, the comment included the entire commit message.

With Phabricator, it only includes the first line of the commit message. I think it would be nice if it included the entire commit message, as the rest of the commit message is often important / interesting as well.
