Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start up Composer 2. Click on the "Choose color for background" icon on the Formatting Toolbar. Actual Results: The string that appears in the "color" field ("transparent") cannot be localized. Expected Results: The string should be available for localization.
