After mozilla-beta => mozilla-release merge, seems like the decision task is busted.
More info here[1]. I'll debug more once mergeduty is completed.

The first one failed with a timeout. A rerun succeeded with almost 10min to spare. We probably just got unlucky and had a slow instance.

I think this has happened before. Something about a commit/pushlog being to large. Maybe we add a note in docs about this. As well as how long it takes to push so that it is expected
