Details
When highlighting multiple old entries in download manager and then trying to
remove them, the browser and manager will freeze and consume 100 percent of the
cpu. Killing the browser is the only way to recover. The entries do not wind
up being deleted.

With Mozilla 1.0 RC2 deleting multiple entries at once did NOT cause a crash.
But it took a LONG time(~5 seconds for a medium sized list) to get deleted. I at
first deleted lesser items and it was faster. So it's roughly proportional slow
to the number of deleted entries.

Yeah, this is now merely slow, not hanging.
