Details

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1)  Put a link in a bug summary.
2)  Load the bug.
3)  Try to click on the link.

EXPECTED RESULTS: It loads.

ACTUAL RESULTS: There are garbage <wbr> in there.

EXAMPLE: The summary of bug 1441515 says "https://app.bill.com/" but the link is to "https://app<wbr>.bill<wbr>.com/".

Pretty sure this used to work right...
