Steps to reproduce:

1. View a website.
2. save the bookmark in a New Folder (or subfolder)
3. Click Choose...click (e.g.) Bookmarks...click New Folder
4. "New Folder" pops up but times out before you can give it a name


Actual results:

Expected results:

4. "New Folder" pops up and allows you to give it a new name...eg. My Music

Unclear. Works for me using these steps:
1. Click the bookmark star.
2. Click the drop-down menu next to "Folder:" and pick "Choose…"
3. Click "Bookmarks Toolbar" in the lower pane.
4. Click "New Folder" button.
5. Type in a name for the new folder, then press Enter.
6. Click the "Done" button when finished.

If that doesn't work for you, please test in a brand new profile.

This is a known issue amongst the devs, and I thought we had a bug on it, though I can't find one at the moment.

This generally only happens when Firefox Sync is enabled.
