From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510 BuildID: 2002051006 I am not able to click on anything in the Mail window. I can press CTRL+T to retrieve new messages, and I see new messages being logged in INBOX, but I cannot click or use any of the movement keys to select the inbox to view the messages. I upgraded my Mozilla from RC1, and these are the problems I am having. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Mail Client 2.Try to click on Inbox Actual Results: The selection box does not move. Nothing is done. Expected Results: The system should allow me to select the inbox.

Reporter: Please unsinatll mozilla, delete all files in c:\programs\mozilla.org\ (but save your plugins) and reinstall mozilla.

Thanks. This fixed my problem, but: * Why would upgrade from RC1 to RC2 cause this?

because this is a installer bug :-) Installing over an odler build can cause such problems sometimes.... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 135017 ***
