In order to better be able to push urgent code changes out to STMO production environment without either pulling in or disrupting more recent development efforts that we *don't* want to deploy alongside the urgent changes, we'd like to have a 'prerelease' STMO staging environment set up. This environment should be nearly identical to the existing staging environment, except that it should track the 'release' branch from the mozilla/redash repo instead of master. (Also, we should have staging no longer update itself from 'm##' type milestone tags.)
