As per an e-mail between Havi, Ali and Sandra I was asked to book an hotel and reimburse later ("cover your lodging for 3 nights of your stay"). 

As I never did the process like this - hope this helps. 

Ali said several mozilla people will stay at Citizen M Bankside so i booked there.
