Until Bug 1437613 is complete there is no way for Lando UI to allow the user to acknowledge the landing warnings present. It's been decided in the mean time that we should just display them but ignore that any exist when triggering the landing.
To do this we'll need to disable any checking of confirmation token equality when landing.
Re-enabling these checks will be taken care of in Bug 1442056
