Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build ID: 20180302220122 Steps to reproduce: gfx.webrender.enabled set it to true. I have tested it with add-ons enabled and disabled didn't create a difference. I use Windows 10. And my default graphics processor is Nvidia Geforce 920M with latest drivers. Actual results: The whole window is blank. White screen, but the tabs have loaded up. Expected results: The window should render the webpage properly as it has with past iterations.

WebRender was broken on Windows yesterday. You only need to set gfx.webrender.all to true. All other WebRender prefs can be their default.
