1442910 - Single tab window,when ta dragged to browser area windows exit max window size

STR:
1.Have only 1 tab in the windows
2.Set window size to max 
3.Drag it to browser area

Expected Results:
As there is only 1 tab windows should not have been converted to resizable window.

Actual Results:
Windows  have been converted to resizable window

I'm not altogether sure this is correct. I could see a user wanting to pull out the only tab from being anchored to being a moveable window. It's a bit strange, but doing nothing in that case seems a little bit wrong to me.
