Steps to reproduce: 1. Run Nightly 60.0a1 (2018-03-02) (64-bit) with clean profile on macOS 2. show Bookmark Toolbar 3. create Folder in Bookmark Toolbar 4. drag "Get Involved" bookmark into that folder Actual result: the menu for the folder is opened when I dragover the item onto the folder name, but the menu gets closed when I dragover the item onto the menu Expected result: the menu doesn't get closed.
