Steps to reproduce:

Install an extension which overrides the defaultsearch in the manifest.
(chrome_settings_overrides).
The 'favicon_url' key is set with an valid entry.
Disable the addon and reactivate it via 'about:addons' page



Actual results:

After reactivate the searchengines favicon is gone. (see attached video)


Expected results:

The searchengines favicon should be reactivated too.

Hi mozdev,

I see from your recording that you install some add-ons from your system, the ones that override the defaultsearch I think. 
Can you please attach them to try to reproduce this?
