1443111 - Places.sqlite reported to be locked when accessible

After applying some of the end-of-last-week and weekend nightlies update, and a few (WebRender related) crashes, upon each restart Firefox complains that Places database is locked by another process and thus cannot be used by Gecko.

So far, in the profile, |places.sqlite| is the only file, it's properly owned by my user and has rw access.

JS Console exposes some Places-related errors. Opening the places.sqlite file in a SQLite browser does work, I can see its content.

Copying my profile's places.sqlite to another profile, it's working and loading all my data.

Turned out to be a dupe of bug 1432583, likely that favicons.sqlite got truncated / brken because of crash-loop from bug 1442718
