Reasons:
- It's not being worked on.
- Sheriffs see something different in that tab compared to other people (who see the same content like for "Failure Summary"
- All the fallout from a test or test suite getting in an unexpected state has to be classified which consumes more time and causes misclassifications.
This should not get deployed to production before bug 1443023.
