[Affected versions]:
- Nightly 60.0a1

[Affected Platforms]:
- All Windows
- All Linux

[Prerequisites]:
- Have the latest try build 60.0a1 from (2018-03-01) installed.
- Accessibility tab is activated and enabled.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Expand the "actions:", "states:" and "attributes:" items from "Properties" panel
2. Make sure the panel is scrolled down at maximum.
3. Click the "Toolbox Options" button and select another theme.
4. Click the "Accessibility" tab and observe the "Properties" panel.

[Expected result]:
- The panel displays the same information as before changing the theme.

[Actual result]:
- The panel doesn't display anything.

[Notes]:
- Scrolling down the panel makes the items being displayed again.
- Attached a screen recording of the issue.
Carmen, could you confirm if this is a still is an issue. I seemed to be able to reproduce this but not I can't anymore. Thanks!

This issue is still reproducible with latest Nightly try build (2018-03-12) following the provided STR. Tested on Windows 10 x64, 7 x64 and Arch Linux. The issue is not reproducible on Mac OS.
