1443356 - [Intermittent] Sync failure on importing bookmarks json and HTML file

This is continuation of bug 1443343

str: 
1. Run this script https://gist.github.com/kitcambridge/ae61d4e8ce54db74d18379c5d8393258 and added bookmark
2. synced and verified bookmark
3. On device 1, restore attached  json file via Library > Import and Backup > Restore > Choose File
4. Bookmarks got restored successfully. 
5. On device 2 (Mac) I got attached log
6. After this I tried restoring same json file on device 1 but got 'unable to process back up file error message
7. HTML file import failed too

Attached is the zip files of logs on device 1 & 2.

On device 1, I closed the browser and open the Fx with new profile. After closing the new profile, I got Firefox crash window. Crash ID https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/4ffbb568-5915-458b-a0fd-2f9240180305 looks similar to bug 1435446.

After opening browser with sync/old profile, sync is working as expected on device 1.

Thanks, Kanchan! It's almost a sure bet that any shutdown hang mentioning "Crash in AsyncShutdownTimeout | places.sqlite" is bug 1435446.
