From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510 BuildID: 2002051009 I crashed each time when I went to "https://www2.bancobrasil.com.br/aapf/aai/login.pbk" on a RH Linux 7.2 Kernel 2.4.18. The build ID is 2002051009. I also reproduced this problem using the 20021704 Linux build. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1 Wait to load Java Applet 2 If "Java Plug-in Security Warning", press "Grant this session" or "Grant always" 3 On field named "Agencia" (Agency) type any number. 4 Then click in button "entra" (Enter). Actual Results: Mozilla crashes Expected Results: Not crash
If you are crashing in Mozilla the best thing you can do to help the developers fix your bug is to attach a stacktrace. If you're not building yourself you are not out of luck. Mozilla releases nightly and milestone builds with Netscape's Talkback (you can get latest build on: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/) Talkback should catch most crashes and offer to send in a crash report. Developers can retrieve that crash report and attach it to your bug report if you provide either the Incident ID (you can get it by running the talkback program from /components/talkback/). Thanks for your help in testing Mozilla and reporting bugs.

WFM. Build 2002051006 under Windows ME. Reporter please use the latest Java Plug-in from Sun.
Opening new window for the mentioned url. WFM as far as described in this bugreport with 2002051408 on WinMe/jre 1.3.1_03. But hangs mozilla/jre, if I try to close the used windows afterwards. No java console output, no talkback. Perhaps this is somehow related to Bug 142899 ?
Yes, Java j2re1.4.0 fix the problem.
