I am totally unsure what's going on there, You can see this issue to run test_restyles.html with applying attached patch to file_restyles.html. The patch does just move a transition test case after a test case that creates an SVG element. This happens only on old style system, doesn't happen on Stylo as far as I can tell.

This seems to be a regression in Firefox 58. The test case works fine on Firefox 57. Note that both are on old style system.

I will not spent more time for this. And I am going to close this bug as INCOMPLETE once we dropped old style system.
