Steps to reproduce:

I open firefox developer and clear cache, open github.com for example or any other websites with https is outside of my country (Iran). First need to Perform TLS handshaking is take too long for process after that i can normal browse websites. If i use proxy based on shadosocks problem was solved.

In google chrome i dont need to wait for that. 


Actual results:

First ssl handshaking in my country without proxy is take too long


Expected results:

Open site without take time in perform ssl handshaking like google chrome.
