The thunderbird UI breaks when a message subject contains the emoji

The bugtracker seems to have cut off the message at the emoji. possibly another bug. Here the rest of the message without the emoji inline.

The thunderbird UI breaks when a message subject contains the emoji (emoji removed), like in the e-mail source:


    Subject: =?UTF-8?Q?F=F0=9F=A4=A8

Or

    Something =F0=9F=A4=A8 Something

in the Body of the message.

The UI breaks with the emoji overlapping other parts of the UI:
- huge emoji in the message list
- huge emoji in the subject field
- huge emoji in the subject field when composing an e-mail with the same subject

- huge emoji inside the mail (not overlapping other parts of the UI, but changing the mail formatting)

This happens even for the "plain text" view of the mail, if the emoji is inside the plain text part of the mail.

I tried some other emojis and this did not happen, I can only reproduce with this one.
