Details

Fennec uses downloadable content for some things (fonts, hyphenation dictionaries, maybe more). We should figure out:

1) Do we want to use DLC in GeckoView? I think it's weird and we should not.
2) Assuming no to 1), which of the things that are currently DLC do we need to distribute directly with GeckoView?
