The character coding changes to "Cyrillic" in some spanish pages and display
strange characters instead of the ones it should show.
This actualy happends in a lot of spanish sites

Reproducible: Didn't try
Do you have Charset autodetect off? Or is it on? If it's on, what encoding
family is it detecting?
It´s on and set in "universal"

I failed to reproduce it. char coding menu is set to "Western (ISO-8859-1)"
I have 20020510 build on Mac with 'Universal' ON.

It seems unversal doesn't work with this page:
If I have a previous charset marked (iso-8859-1 or shift-jis...etc), and choose
auto-detect Universal, then load the page, I'll get what even the previous
charset marked(iso-8859-1 or shift-jis), clear cache doesn't make any change.
