Steps to reproduce:
Create a new profile with network turned off.
Actual results:
The console i launched tb from repeatedly displayed :
"mail.provider ERROR Something went wrong loading the provider list JSON file. Going into offline mode."
The UI filled mith messages of:
"Entschuldigung - Die Kommunikation mit unserem Anmelde-Server ist fehlgeschlagen. Bitte prüfen sie Ihre Verbindung"
Expected results:
The error messages should have been displayed only once and tb should have gone into offline mode as claimed in the console.
