From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020507
BuildID: 2002050703

Although I transferred all of my existing plugins from my Netscape folder to my
Mozilla folder, I was told that I needed to download a new plug-in when I tried
to view an e-card on the hallmark.com site. There were no recommended plugins
to download, so I chose the ones for Mac PowerPC for Netscape. I did download
and install the plugins, but it appears that Mozilla is not recognizing them.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to hallmark.com
2.Select any e-card to view
3.

Actual Results: Was told I needed a plugin.

Expected Results: Card should have played using existing Netscape plugins.
did u transfer flash ? i mean..usually greetings need that plugin...
Beth: I would suspect you either have plug-ins in the wrong directory or you do
not have the plug-in installed. The e-cards are expecting to see Flash, the
plug-in on your system is labeled: npswf32.dll

Can you please go to Help|About Plugins and let us know if you have Flash
installed, what version you have installed and the path to where the About
Plugins says the file is located?
ok, with my new found mac powers, I tihnk I know what is going on.

There are 2 scenarios, one per OS. For os 9, we ONLY scan the main library
folder.
system folder->internet plug-ins

We have 2 folders we scan for os x, but thats not the issue here.

The other issue with this, is that most installers do not install plugins to
the correct location, which in this case is the internet-plugins folder in the
system folder.

After I moved the plugin to its correct lcoation, our browser found it just
fine. Marking bug WFM.
