Steps to reproduce:
Go to a page with iFrame, and the iFrame has invalid SSL certificate. Click on Advanced and try to see the complete page
Actual results:
Unable to scroll down to view the complete Advanced error message. Please see attached screenshot
Expected results:
Should have scrollbar to view the entire error message.
