Browser, not engine ---> DOM Style.
The key function is in view-source:http://www.k-hardware.de/hwlex.js.php
function showhwlex(hwid, fest) {
if(Netscape) {
if(NetscapeVersion>=5) {
flashOffset=0;
etc.
if((window.pageYOffset)<350)
flashOffset = 350 - window.pageYOffset;
fensterTop = window.pageYOffset + 10 + flashOffset;
document.getElementById("HWFENSTER"+hwid).style.top = fensterTop;
By contrast, the site's code for IE does this:
diehoehe = document.body.scrollTop + 10;
if(diehoehe<115)
diehoehe=115;
document.all("HWFENSTER"+hwid).style.top = diehoehe;
fensterTop = diehohe;
Now, both window.pageYOffset and document.body.scrollTop vary
as the user scrolls down the page. The way they've coded this
for Mozilla, window.pageYOffset cancels itself out until 350:
window.pageYOffset fensterTop
0 360
100 360
200 360
300 360
350 360
360 370
400 410
whereas in IE things change when document.body.scrollTop = 105:
document.body.scrollTop fensterTop
0 115
100 115
150 160
200 210
300 310
350 360
360 370
400 410
I believe it's all working just the way they've coded it...

Similar problem with http://www.cimbali.com/en/
Click on "for the wide product choice" and then move the pointer over one of
the machine categories. IE handles this well, but with Firebird the pop-up
list goes to the top of the screen and is inaccessible.
