When client side decorations are activated after removing the title bar in the Customize panel, the widgets are doubled with another default widget.
I am attaching a screenshot, the top image shows the normal widgets when the title bar is activated, the bottom image shows the buggy image when the title bar is deactivated.
This is a regression from Bug 1434646
