When I read mail in the same window below the msg index, no scrollbars show up.
The text is not wrapped to fit the window either. I have to open the msg in a
separate window to read all the msg.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open your mails
2.select inbox
3.select any mail 

Actual Results:  I have a setting where the selected msg appears in the bottom
window. The page is cut off and no scrollbar appears to read the portion outside
the screen.

Expected Results:  Would expect scrollbars or text is wrapped to fit the view
window.

scrollbar is "pushed out of sight" if long headers and/or attachment names
