Details

This bug showed up since about Mozilla 0.9.9 or maybe 0.9.8. I am using Mozilla
build ID 2002051006 right now. When I go to Bookmarks, Imported IE Favorites,
every bookmark has %20 instead of a space inbetween words. Example:
3D Gamers - Wizardry 8
Shows up as:
3D%20Gamers%20-%20Wizardry%208
Weird...
