Details

Descriptions of text boxes are not dispalyed next to the text boxes. That is, "Name" doesn't show next to the box to enter "name" in.
Please include exact steps to reproduce, a testcase or an URL that demonstrates the problem. Also please include build ID in all bug-reports.
This problem occurs in build 2002051006. To reproduce, goto this URL: http://www.owlsightings.com/us/form_register.html
ah. It's the browsers default black text on black background and sas to be selected to be seen. Adding to URL field. The linked stylesheet <link rel=stylesheet type="text/css" href="/js/style.css"> doesn't seem to take effect - text isn't formatted. When trying to browse the stylesheet i was prompted to download it instead.
modifying summary
Summary: Descriptions not displayed next to text boxes → linked stylesheet fails to load - text unreadable (black on black)
From page info: Render mode: Standards compliance mode And when getting the stylesheet: Length: 1,629 [application/x-pointplus] See http://mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.0/#devel -- in standards mode we do not load stylesheets served with incorrect mime types, as this one is. Over to evangelism; the server needs to be configured correctly.

this is now a redirect to a 404, whose text looks fine :-) actually, the whole site seems to redirect to: http://harrypotter.warnerbros.com/main/homepage/home.html which works fine in mozilla.
