Textbox on this page seems disabled. I can't type in it or even switch focus to
it. I can still paste, though.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just open the page and try typing in the textbox.

Actual Results:  The textbox does not receive focus, impossible to type the
password.

Expected Results:  It should be possible to type in the textbox.

FWIW, I saw the same problem earlier today, but can't find a reliable way to
reproduce it.
