Steps to reproduce:
v59.0 (64-bit) 'stable' on Windows 10 v1709, go to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=799258#c_ts1520375570 and notice that one of the user emails that is supposed to be fixed in the left pane is on top of the content, please see attached screenshot, I put a red box and arrow around the issue
