[Affected versions]:
- Nightly 61.0a1 Build ID 20180315100042
- Beta 60

[Affected Platforms]:
- All Windows
- All Mac
- All Linux

[Prerequisites]:
- Have a profile with a lot of history so that all of the sections are populated
- All section are collapsed.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites and sync your history.
2. Click the Top Sites section context menu and hover the Recommended by Pocket section context menu.
3. Click the Recommended by Pocket section context menu and hover the Highlights section context menu.
4. Compare the distances between the sections Step 2 and Step 3.

[Expected results]:
- All the sections have the same distance between them.

[Actual results]:
- There is more distance between the sections from Step 3 than from the ones in Step 2.

[Notes]:
- Depending on how the sections are reordered, the variable width will shift around.
- Attached a screen shot of the issue.

I've spent some time trying to fix this but it isn't as easy as it sounds. Punting on it for now. Tossing into backlog.
