When I try to follow the directions at https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/8976abf9cab8eb4661665cc86bd355cd08238011/parser/html/java/README.txt#90 after adding "bdi" to nsHTMLTags.h I get: 0:01.12 Could not find artifacts for a toolchain build named `linux64-clang-tidy`. Local commits and other changes in your checkout may cause this error. Try updating to a fresh checkout of mozilla-central to use artifact builds. Now what?
