User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3029.110 Safari/537.36 Edge/16.16299
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch FireFox.
2. Go to any site using HTTPS yields an error that the site is not secure.
Seems to only affect the Windows version.
Actual results:
Reports site is insecure.
Expected results:
Expected the sites to load, especially https://www.mozilla.org or https://www.google.com.

I'm using the FireFox Developer Edition, which says it's version 59.0b11
OS: Unspecified → Windows 10
Hardware: Unspecified → x86_64

What is the exact error message listed? This should be listed after clicking the Advanced button.
Enter about:support into the location bar. What's listed in the Security Software category?
