User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Build ID: 20180307131617 Steps to reproduce: Updated to the latest Nightly. I clicked a tab in the tab bar. I Ctrl+Tab to switch tabs. I click on page content and then scroll. Actual results: The tabs do not change either from the mouse or from the keyboard. Scroll on page does not work. Ctrl+Tab only works if I click the titlebar first. Expected results: Switching tabs should work with click or Ctrl+Tab. Scrolling in page should work.
