1446318 - Need permission to upload Flash Player symbols

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

I am a member of Flash Runtime Team , noida. 
I need to have elevated permissions to upload Flash Player symbols to mozilla. Previously Nidhi used to upload symbols but from now on I will be doing this task.  


Actual results:

Permission denied. 


Expected results:

Permission should be allotted.

Nidhi, can you vouch for Suriti?

Suriti, you need to sign on symbols.mozilla.org at least once. Then, I can see you in the User Management page on https://symbols.mozilla.org/users and upgrade your permissions.

Actually, anybody else in the Adobe org is invited to vouch for this new user.

Hi Peter,
Suriti is able to login into https://symbols.mozilla.org/but 'Upload' option is not visible.
Can you please check?

It's because the user hasn't been vouched for so I can't upgrade the user account yet. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1446318#c1
