[Affected versions]: - Beta 60.0b4-build1 - Nightly 61.0a1 - Firefox Release 59 [Affected platforms] - Windows 10 x64 - Ubuntu 16.04 x64 - macOS 10.13.3 [Steps to reproduce] 1. Open the browser and navigate to a YouTube video (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BQJo3vK8O8) 2. Right click on the video, then select the "Troubleshoot playback issue" option. 3. Wait for a few seconds and observe the behavior. [Expected result] - The transparent overlay is displayed while the troubleshoot window is opened. [Actual result] - After taking the screenshot, the transparent overlay is not displayed and the video goes black content for a second. [Notes]: - Attached is a video of the issue.

On Ubuntu, I see a slight flash in the video, but it's way shorter than a second and the overlay stays afterwards. > [Notes]: > - Attached is a video of the issue. Firefox says the attached video is corrupt and can't be played.
