1446528 - Prompts do not work in GeckoView with e10s

Point the GeckoView example to (eg) https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_select and try to change the item selected:

With e10s disabled, everything works as expected.
With e10s enabled, we do not get a prompt to choose an item.

Attachment: Bug 1446528 - Only set resource URI redirect in parent process;

Calling setResourceSubstitutions in the child process was causing an
error that prevented the prompt code from initializing in the child
process.
